Currently working on a number of multi-disciplinary and multi-site European Commission funded projects, including i2Web (Inclusive Future-Internet Web Services), which aims to create authoring, delivery and compliance tools for developing and evaluating web applications which reflect and integrate the needs of disabled and older users, and EU4ALL (European Unified Approach for Assisted Lifelong Learning), which aims to design, implement and evaluate a framework for accessible lifelong learning for students with disabilities.
My previous research focused on user experience design, particularly that of mobile "smart" phones. This interest was established in my MSc project dissertation and later developed in a research paper, co-written with Mark Blythe and Peter Wright.
